Tested positive for Covid... what do i do now?

Had a fever last night and some aches, now sore throat, got tested this morning came back positive.

Anyone have any remedies or stuff to take? Already been taking ivermectin.

You’re preaching to the choir buddy this is my first test since this whole fkin thing started two years ago, first time sick too. Unfortunately i need to get back into my job. Im about as anti-all of this shit as they come, I’ve been skeptical of anything medical since like 2010 lol.
