Tested positive for Covid... what do i do now?

Had a fever last night and some aches, now sore throat, got tested this morning came back positive.

Anyone have any remedies or stuff to take? Already been taking ivermectin.

I have been taking ivermectin already which i stated in my post if you could have been bothered to read.
I don’t know anywhere at all that you can possibly obtain HCQ in the states. Link me if you can!
Does it really bother you so much to ask if there is anything in addition to the IVM that i should be taking? I already explained the search function has never worked for me on this site, plus i have a job and school to focus on outside of memorizing posts on this site.....
