Tested positive for Covid... what do i do now?

Had a fever last night and some aches, now sore throat, got tested this morning came back positive.

Anyone have any remedies or stuff to take? Already been taking ivermectin.

Look up the Zelenko protocol. Take zinc, vitamins C and D, etc. Dr. Zelenko has it all on his website.
