Tested positive for Covid... what do i do now?

Had a fever last night and some aches, now sore throat, got tested this morning came back positive.

Anyone have any remedies or stuff to take? Already been taking ivermectin.

Thanks, just asking here for some golden info, this place has some good natural remedies i might not know about. I usually dont get sick 😂
