Tested positive for Covid... what do i do now?

Had a fever last night and some aches, now sore throat, got tested this morning came back positive.

Anyone have any remedies or stuff to take? Already been taking ivermectin.

Oh i thought that was just the vax lol. I haven’t heard that before. Im mostly better just a nasty sore throat.
