As a resident of Washington. All inslee has to do is wave his hand like luke skywalker and say "these are not thd rules your looking for" and most in western washington will just keep getting shots.
Am I missing something here. Sounds to me like they are not using killed or attenuated living microorganisms, or fraction thereof.
The COVID-19 vaccines that are available [Johnson & Johnson, Comirnaty (Pfizer), and Moderna] do not include live COVID-19 virus. The Comirnaty (Pfizer) and Moderna vaccines have a very small piece of messenger RNA (mRNA), a type of material that our bodies already use to give the body instructions for making a protein from the COVID-19 virus. Once this protein is made, it tells the body to make antibodies to fight it. The Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) vaccine uses a small piece of DNA protected by a harmless adenovirus cell to deliver the instructions for making a protein from the COVID-19 virus. The COVID-19 vaccine cannot make you sick with COVID-19. If you are exposed to the virus that causes COVID-19, you will already have antibodies to fight the virus, and much less likely to get sick. This means that they can't require the "vaccine" because it's not a vaccine according to the RCW.

The way I read this it doesn't include "dead" or attenuated "dead" microorganisms either.
What is the source?
Does not look like a statute or regulation.
Straight from the RCW.
