Yup. There was just hanging out in the tent, super late to the party... arguable delaying the entire thing to further prove that he provoked nothing. The "chaos" at the actual Capitol building was already started way before Trump even finished his speech. It was at least a 15-20 min walk to go from the speech location to the Capitol. The timing just doesn't work to prove that the innocent, non-actor masses were to blame. The delay kept them from the "chaos"
