OMG! If you put a Dick Tracy hat on this guy he'd look exactly like one of the "WATCHERS" from the old sci-fi series FRINGE. I'm only on season 2 so I don't yet know if they are from "the future" or from an alternative universe. Anyone else ever seen this?
