Equal opportunity - fine. Equal pay for equal work - fine. Getting hired for their gender - dead wrong. Getting jobs where they’re not physically the best choice over more appropriate candidates - dead wrong. Reasonable and fair is the way to go - and not the warped, twisted “reinterpretations” of those concepts.
