HEY PEDES,
I AM STARTING TO SEE A TREND HERE...
Quercetin and quercetin derivatives derivatives, rutin, kampferol and kampferol derivatives...
Check out those chemical constituents.
"Chemical structure of compounds in Sarracenia purpurea. 1. (+)-catechin, 2. morroniside, 3. (-)-epicatechin, 4. taxifolin-3-O-glucoside, 5. betulinic acid, 6. ursolic acid, 7. quercetin-3-O-galactoside, 8. rutin, 9. quercetin-3-O-glucoside, 10. luteolin-7-O-glucoside, 11. myricetin, 12. kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside. "
These are either the SAME COMPOUNDS, or CLOSELY RELATED COMPOUNDS to many of the active constituents of Nigella sativa, which was already hyped as an ivermectin alternative, as well as elder flower, and ginkgo, which have many of the same compounds.
Naturally, there are considerably more plants which have these compounds than just those 4. We will all likely have to do considerable amounts of digging to find a comprehensive list of them all. And that's a good thing!
And check out my previous thread where I linked more info on some of these related compounds:

It's super late right now. Won't be digging up any research papers on any of those other compounds tonight. I'll check back in with you all tomorrow and let you know what I find.
There you have it folks, Sarracenia purpurea is not just a smallpox-specific remedy!
thanks patriot!
Glad to be of service!
I'm currently working on a massive spreadsheet that is going to organize every herbal remedy I know of, highlights the important chemical constituents, and compiles a bunch of studies on the whole herb, as well as a compilation of studies for the naturally occurring chemical constituents of those herbs.
I will then distribute this everywhere I can possibly can in hopes that the right people see it.
WOW! God Bless you!
Great job!!
I just had a thought, while you are at it--one of the biggest health and social burdens the world around is dementia. You could make a side list of anything that affects mental function (pro and con). In my limited observation the solidest candidates are Bacopa monerii, huperizine A, Rhus radiola. Of course Ginko biloba and ginseng are supposed to cure everything.
Stop the fluoride in the water. Aluminium in fluoride passes the blood brain barrier as do alumi ium nanoparticles used in vaccines.. Autism Parkinson's Alzheimer's neurological disorders cancers
Ginseng has lots of firepower too. I use the alternative which is Eleutherococcus senticosus. Much cheaper and very similar effects.
Many of the "adaptogens" like astragalus, eleutherococcus, chaga, cordyceps, and reishi can help with that.
Lion's mane is even better.
Careful when combining adaptogens or using large quantities. They pack a lot of firepower.
