There used to be a bar back home that looked like that.
You could trade coyote and raccoon pelts for dinner, drinks, ammo and put a few dollars towards one of the guns you undoubtedly had on layaway each season.

Friend of mine's Pop, who is no longer with us, showed me an old magazine from back in the day, where for $10 you could order a Thompson Sub Machine Gun w/ the Drum.
It was a black n white ad in the back of the magazine and they'd ship the weapon in the mail.
I miss that old-timer, he was good people. WWII vet, based AF, knew everything there was about reloading. First time I met him, he handed me his 1911 and a box of color coded reloads to go shoot so we could report back how they did. He would then mass produce the best results for us.
