The white millennial mother specifically. This is the 2.0 version of the original Karen (her mother) who grew up in a more traditional society but when feminism really took hold, resented her husband and parents for "missing out on the opportunities" she now sees her daughter has.
So what does OG Karen teach Karen 2.0? To be a control freak. What does Karen 2.0 teach the up and coming Karen 3.0? How to be a massive whore while also being a control freak.
Karen 2.0 is running the ground "wear your mask" and "get your vaccine" game. She controls kids parties, is involved in school board meetings and is very vocal with her doctor about "safety". These are the administrators at offices and buildings YOU need to go to to take care of business.
These are the private and public HR policy makers. These types have infiltrated:
Medicine
Human Resources
Governance
Education
Sports
Policing
Every recreational activity previously led by men
The HOUSEHOLD
They are everywhere and until we address these creatures and put them in their place, it's going to be harder to wake the people they run i.e. their "husbands" (a bunch of cucks) and their retarded little over protected kids who turn into sensitive queers and whores.
None of what is happening in society right now is male oriented thinking. The panic, the anxiety, the tension is all Karenesque nature. We are in a manifest reality of their internal existence.
Change my mind.
Letting them make HR a Thing was a big big fucking mistake.
We have Edward Bernays, the father of Public Relations, to thank for that.. and of course, I found out later that Edward is the nephew of Sigmund Freud.
Big time.
I remember when the "HR" dept became a thing in the mid 90's. Before that it was the personnel dept. They took care of question you had, did the paperwork that was needed to get people hired, administered benefits, posted added in the paper, and took care of planning moral things like parties and picnics. Now HR has more power than the CEO of the fucking company and they're all run by leftist and fags. They control the gate to who even gets hired and manager have zero say over them! HR needs to go along with the cancer that infest everyone of these departments.
Exactly. I started my Professional Corporate Journey in '96. So I've witnessed the "progression" from the name change from P -> HR to the sad state of things now (how many times a year do I have to take how many stupid trainings about sex harassement, diversity, etc?? How many stupid emails do we get about optional trainings - several per week typically - am I being tracked for never doing them - I could attend about all this??).
(Regarding SHP/diversity shit - I'm frankly offended I have to do this. Just like a damn breathalizer for everyone to start their car - how about AFTER I show there's a problem, I get punished, rather than fucking insulted by this crap?)
Oh and I know someone who indeed was going to be hired after interviewing with manager in question, but HR blocked it because they didn't like his tone or something.
