I’d own that school by the time it was over- and those teachers would be in prison.

Indeed. Hire a lawyer and sue the teachers personally and then sue principle personally, and then finally sue the school system as the entity. The individuals who pull this crap hide behind the entity and the school system takes the fall while the perps walk free. You must sue them personally!
