And to cancel indoor dining one day before New Year's Eve is just plain evil. I think of all the restaruants that spent a lot of money to prepare for one of their best days of the year.
Most simply won't understand that the government is methodically gutting their economy.
BIL just sent me this. That is some wild language. It's an Emergency Altert from the Quebec government. He lives in Ontario but they still got it.
Makes me wonder if some sort of police or military operation is going on such that they want everyone indoors for safety (and to keep witnesses to a minimum).
The Quebecois will not be forbidden from being out, they’ll be out protesting like they always have but of course no media coverage
