We were notified by our IT department. Thought this was pretty significant.

There's something analogous about trusting Microsoft and trusting DS politicians and corrupt health-care "experts". Hmmmm.

Solution? I don't know. Everything else - other than a full-on open-source stack - is just incredibly expensive. Someone is telling us the truth but, in all the noise, it's hard to hear their voice... and this is not the place to thrash out a technical revelation.
