Well, wouldn't that be the Deep State's ultimate dream system? Individualized vaccines, so they could give any Patriotic Populist the one that is likely to cause stroke/clot/inflamation of the heart. They could individualize it so if a person was an effective meme lord, they get the fast-acting cancer one.

I think they kill people all the time.
