You can also go to https://parasitetesting.com/test to test for the various parasites and then seek the appropriate treatment.

The more that we are finding out about parasites the better.

My first into was the parasite pill. A definite good read and can be found on scribd.

To analyze the results, if you do a cleanse, focus on any train of thought or behavioral changes? They could be subtle or very noticeable, but they will be positive.
