By making sure i am the best at what i do and making sure they know they need me more than I need them. I do not need the job I have.i do not want the job I have.i fucking hate the job I have. I can make my weeks pay in a day if I want to,I do it in thier shop,in thier faces so they know I don't need them. Its just convenient and easier than opening my own shop and putting them out of business.
