Agree, this is much the way I see it. Certainly gives 'The body is a Temple' a broader scope. There is no 'fight' in the traditional sense, but we can choose to 'decorate' the temple (control 'terrain' of the body) in such a way that they cannot stay. Diet is the source/primary variable.
