Is it selfish to give up your job, your IiveIihood, your hard earned pay, your career, even your house or your business to speak out against something deemed verboten? To try and help people understand the situation better by taking a stand? Sounds pretty selfless to me.
Is it selfless to hold onto your job, to take a jab when most of us have had at least one (regular ones) by now that costs nothing, something you don't believe wiIIaffect you, to work while others can't, to be able to go places others can't, to be able to do fun things others can't, to get paid when others aren't, so you can sit comfy and berate others who don't have that luxury? Sounds pretty selfish to me.
Don't let their attempts at manipulation get to you.
I told my father that I had a reaction to the one and only flu shot I got 20 years ago. Why would I risk another reaction by getting jabbed when the survival rate is 99%? His response was that he gets all his vaccines and he is fine. I said, i have gotten minimal vaccines and Im fine.
Apparently, he doesn’t remember me throwing a bloody fit at the doctor’s office 40 years ago when i was 5 getting a booster. It hurt soooooo bad!!!! They never dared bring me back to the doctor. 🤷🏻♀️
