This is NOT an experiment. It is the first step toward transhumanism - satan's desire to be god. It was planned long ago and executed according to the plan. It puts the technology in place for the Mark of the Beast. The worldwide cabal is composed of sick people serving their master, satan. Turn to Jesus before it is too late. God bless.
