You're a moron.

I can do this in my own basement.

I can send an EMF pulse at a nonpowered device and receive a consistent and unique response or "numerical data" back from that object which will let me identify what object is being pinged.

Triangulate that with 3 broadcasters and you have pin point location data for the nonpowered device.

That "number" I get back can be assigned a MAC address of sorts.

This is how RFID works.

This is also how a graphene equivalent RFID chip would work.
