You're kidding... The name of the new engine on the Angara A5 rocket is "Persei". First Omicron is in the news, now Persei. There is a race of aliens in Futurama (Matt Groening series) which come from a planet called Omicron Persei 8. Next will be aliens in the news haha

Actually, "Persei" is the name of the upper stage. The stage is powered by an RD-0124A rocket engine. I don't think the Russian engineers had levity in mind when they named the stage.
