Iโm getting my ๐ฟ ready for Trumps rally on the 6th. Can anyone else access movie tickets past Jan 6?

Don't read too much into this.
Most theatres don't set things in stone until they know what they're dealing with.
If an unknown amount of people buy tickets at any point in time, you can't just assign theatre rooms (of several you have) to movies willy nilly.
What if you suddenly need to have a showing of 3 simultaneous "Mama's Big House 5" movies at the same time, way beyond what you estimated for?
Well, if you overestimated the numbers for "008: Piefall" then you've already booked people for times that you cannot possibly present them.
It's especially troublesome when no one shows up to a showing. You would have booked a theatre hall for nobody, and still had to pay the studio to show the movie.
Eeek.
I could be wrong, but there are plenty of reasons as to why this system is probably just how they have to deal with so many unknowns in the concession / entertainment business.
Thatโs definitely plausible! If they get posted tomorrow then that must be it!
