What changed?

Is the DS worried about something? Did the WH state there was a 'Trump speech' to scare/test certain individuals?

Almost like a game of chess: Bidan's turn, Bidan has broadcast his next move, but not taken his hand off the piece yet. Trump started moving towards his next move and Bidan got second thoughts and pulled back.
