What changed?

Is the DS worried about something? Did the WH state there was a 'Trump speech' to scare/test certain individuals?

Just a theory: DS ready to roll out 5G. 45 threatens to give his press conference exposing who knows what, and broadcast it all over the world using theater screens. DS backs down, 45 cancels speech, theaters back to normal. This all would make a great book!
