Forgive me if this has been discussed before, but how did the 6th circuit override the 5th? How can one court have power over another? That just didn't seem right to me. I'm bringing this up because my employer seems to be moving forward with mask mandates starting on the 10th even though the Supreme Court is hearing arguments on the 7th of January.
Do you pedes think that the Supreme Court will issue a halt to the mandates on the day of while they take however long to decide on issue?
I am in the same boat. Seems as if my manager is working on his own as I have not seen any official policy saying pure bloods will need to be tested but he has brought it up and is "assuming" what HR will do. Very curious to see what the SC says on Friday. I will not be discriminated against for not getting the vaccine and will find a new company (possibly state) that understands that. The irony of this roll out is we have 3 fully vaxxed employees with the covid right now...
I know how you feel pede. The deadline for testing isnt until February, the mask portion and determining vax status is the first part due January 7th. So on Monday unless Supreme Court stops it, I'll be wearing mask smdh. What really blows me away, is that a manager can't help employees upload vax card due to HIPPA laws, yet everyone will know vax status now when some are masked and some aren't. How is that not a clear HIPPA violation lol
or clearly discrimination.... this episode of twilight zone we are living in feels like a rotten onion with layers of how fuckery. All these mandates and laws for a gene therapy that isn't truly FDA approved (for whatever that is even worth). I refuse to be discriminated against and if it comes down to it will walk from my comfy salary job and start looking into moving to a state that respects freedom. Stay strong fren. You are not alone.
If you divide the 4th by the 5th, you get the number of judicial tiddly winks needed to fulfill the Great Pondering, in which the Esteemed place a block of wood on the scale of justice. If the size block of wood is perceived as black, then 5=6 and therefore, she is a witch
She's a witch! Burn her! Burn her!
A block of wood, you say? I thought it was a duck.
Pish posh, my fren, everyone knows that tiny rocks float, so ducks would not suffice . I got better
Yes. It was a duck :-)
I believe that the court is compromised, and they will screw America.
Let rhe fools be fools.
