The flu was treated as COVID-19 to inflate the numbers but real COVID-19 is not the flu. It causes you to lose taste and smell. The first unattenuated virus, if you got it without cross-reactive antibodies (from having had a cold coronavirus), felt exactly like having pneumonia. I've gotten it twice. The second time was much milder. You know it's COVID-19 because of smell and taste, that's more accurate than the tests as a diagnostic indicator.
