I personally skip all melatonin. If your body gets it supplementary then it won’t make as much naturally, creating a cycle of dependence. I learned this with experience
good to know... am i right in thinking you can get melatonin from cherries?
I don’t know but Ive heard you can get it from turkey too? If dietarily obtained Im sure its fine its the supplementation that worries me
