In a movie, if they wanted to make sure theyve got an army of obedient non questioning types that would do what they say, without question theyd prob do something like force something that would eliminate independent thinking types. idk like a mandate of some kind, that if not complied with would force removal of thinking people, leaving mainly zombies.

Then, (in this movie) if anyone who threatened their narrative in an outspoken way, happened to need treatment, they could easily use whatever protocol, that would harm them. Only in a movie tho.
