New neighbors of mine have complete piece of shit children (young 3-5ish), kids were throwing rocks at cars, confronted the parents. Was told, I quote: "we're sorry, we've never done this before!" (In regards to being parents)

Side note: I don't blame the kids for being pieces of shit, I blame the parents. Some people just aren't fit to have kids..
