Broke are you fucking kidding. Go look at the Russian subway system that looks like a palace inside and out then look at the US subway systems. US has been 3rd world for a long time you just didnt know it.
Go watch some of the Soyuz landings on NASA's site and see for your self all the advertising below their space center monitor screen. Their space center is obviously in need of outside funding to operate. That's how I can instantly tell whether NASA is showing our center or the Russians'.
I've been on the Washington, DC subway, and it seemed perfectly fine to me. It was clean, it didn't cost much, and it took me where I wanted to go. I went on it to get safely and quickly from Point A to Point B, not to stand around and gaze at fancy subway tiles or something.
Not Russian. Their command center is plastered with advertising signs, as they are a broke ass organization. :)
I wish I had room to set up that many of my computers and monitors. I do have more other equipment though.
