He doesn't really say what el plan is and everyone just assumes it has to do with his race team and the car and racing in general.

All I'm suggesting is this could be a possible comm similar to when Silvester Stallone was wearing a Q hat and said he was heading into The Storm.

No Fernando is not American but he is a race car driver and it wouldn't be the first time a driver has been used in this psyop, remember Lets go Brandon.

A few more things to mention, "EL" not only just translates into "The" but is also another term for deity, or GOD.

So El Plan could be seen as God Plan or God's Plan (Biblical)

That was basically it. I have been looking into a few more things but they are more of a speculative nature and I do understand that that's not everyone's thing. I would like to share some of those too incase anyone has something to add.

Last month in December there were a lot of palindrome or mirror dates. Dates that read the same backwards as forwards. Example: 12/02/2021 Also more info here: Decembers mirror dates

When it comes to these dates as you can see, people are kinda forgiving with how you can make them work out. These dates are also obviously rare but with "Think mirror" in mind I kinda find them interesting. Long story short, there are a few more of these dates coming up in February depending on how you look at things. 22/02/2022 is one but I think 2/20/2022 is one as well. Its got seven digits instead of eight, so the mirror point would have to go through the middle of a number instead of between two of them. In this case it would be the first 2 in 2022. That might seem a little odd but consider this...

If Palindrome, or mirror dates are rare, then what is even more rare are mirror dates in Roman Numerals. Example: 2/20/2022 would be II/XX/MMXXII with the mirror positioned between the two M's like this IIXXM|MXXII. The two M's representing that first 2 in 2022

That date just happens to be the final day of the upcoming Chines Olympics and one of only two Roman Numeral mirror dates I have found so far. The other being 1/20/2021 or I/XX/MMXXI. The date of Joe Biden's inauguration.

I don't think it needs any explaining why the Chines Olympics are significant but what else is going on around that time? How about the Super Bowl ( puppy show? ) on February 13th. Right smack dab in the middle of the Olympics. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think this has ever happened before. If it has, it was a long long time ago. I wont add all that info here but I welcome anyone to correct me. A Super Bowl occurring during the Winter Olympics? Close to yes, but not overlapping. Not recently anyway.

"you need to wait for months to know it". It was a translation yes, but we're speculating here. If we replace "for" with 4 and think of it as in "you need to wait 4 months to know it" that would end up being mid February considering he said it on October 9th.
