How would they upgrade to 5G indiscreetly?

IMHO this is just noise.

We have them dead to rights on the vaccine. It is unsafe and killing people, and it is completely ineffective. We don't need to go down this other rabbit hole and look like lunatics.

This large tower was ALREADY there for 4G. A small unit was added to bring it up to 5G so nobody would notice.
