I don't get the point here. The League doesn't make the rules about indoor events, the Providence/State does. These are games in 2 different countries it appears.

the point is the massive difference in reaction. So in Ontario it is so bad no fans allowed, but in Pittsburg it is full. It is showing the nonsensical reactions by governments.
