Let me spell it out for you. the point is if fan access rules had anything to do with a virus or science they wouldn't differ so drastically within 500 miles of each other.

It doesn't matter if it was Florida full vs Pittsburgh empty or Pittsburgh full vs Toronto empty.

There is obviously no scientific basis for differences this drastic.
