Don't feel too bad, probably 99% of people in the western world are in the same boat.

Most people that were previously "anti-vax" would have been because they had a personal experience with an obvious adverse reaction--it's understandable that your parents did what everyone else did with regards to vaccinations.

Just be thankful that this whole exercise has helped us to reevaluate what the average person took in good faith before covid.
