It’s absolutely shocking. I grew up in the counter culture and am left with a shell of the network of people I had before. I have been standing on the same ground I was planted in since my most formative years. These people are good time Charlie’s, birds of a feather, lemmings. They never knew or stood confident in the path they walked. It was all for show. All to be accepted. All to be different and ironically to fit in... which Is where we are now. These people are dying to fit in, they cannot handle the thought of standing alone. It is their greatest fear because they’ve never had to do that before. It ain’t easy, it ain’t pretty but not budging from this stance is the most gratifying and beautiful path frens.
