Jokes aside, if drinking has become your nightly habit then please try to stop robbing yourself of a long and bright future.
Try to think of structured nightly routines that don't involve drinking because habits are only routines and it only takes about three weeks for a new routine to completely replace your old routine.
The first four or five nights will be difficult and your sleep will be difficult, but it won't be long before you've moved beyond that.
