The cracks are appearing everywhere! In Force 10 form Navarone they plan to blow up a dam, the explosion at first does not cause the dam to collapse, the explosives guy (David Niven) berated by the team tells them to wait and watch - first small cracks - then a trickle of water, then more and more till the dam collapses. Were we not told this is how it will be?
