The scientific principle of "life history" is my go-to. Watch a leftoid seethe irl when you tell them that a basic tool of biology is studying the biologically motivated changes all members of a species go through, and that timeline starts at conception. Science identifies that "clump of cells" as a human being...therefore it has human rights.
