in 2005, NIH published a paper on how HCQ would work on SARS https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1232869/

I have found numerous snope types of sites now, but not the document yet. They have known HCQ would work. They know early treatment would work. They have murdered people intentionally.
