Thank you. I was in nursing for 38 years & recently retired (yay!) but it’s been thru a lot of hard work that I’m fairly normal today. I wonder very often what my life would have been like without the abuse. I was pregnant at 16 & then got married. A mom at 17, at 19 to a SIDS baby, then again at 21. Divorced & remarried at 25 & 2 more babies at 27 & 29. Still married to an amazing man of God for 38 years. He has helped encourage me to heal and be whole. Life is good and GOD is The Great Healer. Wish I knew how to network to help other victims become survivors.
I love you! Thank you. I’ve worked with SIDS families since my Jeremy died 44 yrs ago. When I worked in OB/ L&D I made lol of the gowns our stillborn wore & offered to work with all of the stillborn labor patients or even after their deliveries. It was truly the most inspirational moments of my career. These families were so deep in figuring out their spirituality and they all allowed me to be part of that, for which I’ll be forever grateful. They taught me more than I could ever have taught them. I just tried to give God the reins. P. S. I know where my Jeremy is. He’s safe with our Lord & just waiting for his Momma. What a gift to not be afraid to die!!! 🙏🏻😇
