There are a lot of absolute morons in the military. I can confirm first hand, as I was deployed with many. When Q says the military is the only way, he’s not talking about every branch and every rank. This would be at the very highest levels, and no info would be disseminated amongst lower ranks, until deemed necessary. Just my take, from my experience in the military. Loose lips sink ships.
