Of course...Notice in the tweet the ALIENS destroyed the economy. The leaders are doing that. The sentiment in the tweet is that we need a new system....whoever offers it will be the hero.

OR they are trying to build pro-alien sentiment because there really are aliens who are planning to reveal themselves and want to be welcomed as rescuing heros
