I was going to mention that if you are lucky enough to have access to A2A2 milk, rich and silky...the way milk was meant to be!
We discovered Promised Land natural milk from Jersey cows, ultra pasteurized and you must shake well before pouring to get the cream off the bottom. Reminds me of what milk tasted like when we were children. It's from good ol' Texas in Floresville.
How blessed are y'all are to have a neighbor that operates a dairy like this! And...ice cream!!
