i work with hospitals across the us and a review icu patients. my hopital in DC has a massive amount of covid+ right now. that being said most are not in because of covid and this is a top hospital which takes in lots of pts. i would not be surprised if this was orchestrated and they were shuttled in pts.

Yes, given how I think DC is run, they have lists of all patriots who live there, and these rules will only apply to them.
