SW rural Missouri here. Only things I've noticed is that Dollar General seems hard pressed to keep their canned and baking goods in stock, though that always been a bit of a problem for them, and soda crackers are mostly absent in both local grocery stores.
My sister, who lives in another part of rural Missouri, noted spray paint had disappeared from her area a couple months ago.
