Okay, this is hilarious. I did some light digging, check out this CNN article I've archived: https://archive.ph/HIfLr#selection-1395.419-1395.537
The whole article is a great read, a must read - if you come at it from the angle that Trump truly is the Troll Master General. "The contract for the bulk of this work was awarded in 2019 to The Whiting Turner Contracting Company for $17.9 million." There's that pesky number again!
Not only that, keep in mind that they knew they were going to intentionally lose the White House in 2020 so why not make it difficult for a fake administration to utilize the White House in any "normal" capacity. A quick refresher, Hillary was blocked from winning in 2016, they allowed for a semi-steal in the 2018 Primaries. Knowing full well that the DS/Cabal was going to overplay their hand in 2020 by going all in and over the top making sure they stole the White House (which they did). Now, keep in mind Trump and the team know this, they award a contract in 2019 to do this construction not while Trump is there but to make it a royal pain in the ass for Biden and his fake team. It sounds like just to get on Marine One you have to walk a considerable distance, more so than what is normal during regular White House operations.
All this construction further explains why there is absolutely no Oval Office press events. This construction has forced Biden to use the Eisenhower Executive Office Building for all media. I love how the writers of the article repeatedly refer to Biden as "the next guy."
If there is any hopium to take away from this, you MUST read the entire article to understand that Patriots are truly in control.

I appreciate the sentiment and potential trolling by Trump. However, this current construction is apparently limited to the fountain area on the North Lawn. Helicopters land on South Lawn and Oval Office access (southwest from main bldg) shouldn't be affected. I think there are other reasons for not having press events in the Oval Office.
