Is there a way to increase metallothionein's in your system, out of curiousity? I'd recently read about its role in PMC6628855 a little while ago and am wondering if there's a way to kind of boost production. Do ionophores cause induction of said metallothionein's? Are metallothionein's the only of its kind or are there any other like substance in our system capable of reducing the T O X l C l T Y of certainmetaIs? Are they specific to zinc and copper? Many questions.

But also try DRY fasting. The simple way to explain is 1 day of dry fasting is equivalent to 3 days of water fasting. Your body will produce water from fat. Breath through nose.
Don't go overboard or do hard work outs. Maybe start with 12 to 16 hours and build up a bit to get use to it.
